It’s no secret that the booming global economy has provided new profit opportunities for organizations poised to take advantage of them. Unfortunately, many organizations inhibit their growth by not addressing ways to integrate the diverse cultures that now make up their global network. To help them do so, we use Cross-Cultural Coaching to move individuals from an ethnocentric to an ethno-relative way of working together. This includes identifying needs and perceptions, and ways to integrate diverse styles.
